When the website requests station information, artwork, or an audio stream, the receiving server normally receives technical request data such as the connection's IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and request time. This is a normal part of internet communication.

Local settings

Volume and mute preferences may be stored locally on the listener's device using browser storage. These preferences are not sent to RadioFM Kids as profile information.

Server logs

Hosting and security systems may create standard access or security logs containing technical request data. Logs are retained only as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and service operation.

How information is used

• Deliver the website, curated station list, artwork, and live audio streams.
• Remember playback preferences on the listener's device.

Services and third parties

RadioFM Kids relies on hosting providers and independent radio broadcasters. A selected station or its streaming provider receives the listener's connection when playback begins. Station image hosts may receive a request when artwork is displayed. Their information practices are governed by their own policies.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Limited information may be disclosed if required by law, needed to protect users or the service, or involved in a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

Storage and security

The website uses HTTPS and selects HTTPS station streams where available. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable safeguards are used for the limited information processed. Third-party stream infrastructure is operated independently.

Your choices and rights

• The site can be used without creating an account.
• A listener can choose not to play a station, which avoids that stream-provider connection.
• Local preferences can be removed by clearing site data in the browser.
• You may contact us about applicable privacy rights. Because the service does not create user profiles, we may not be able to associate technical records with a specific person.

Children's privacy

RadioFM Kids is designed as a simple listening directory for families. It does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, provide accounts, enable chat, or allow user-generated content. Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of internet radio and review the privacy practices of independent stations. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

International processing

Radio stations, hosting infrastructure, and network providers may operate in different countries. Technical request data may therefore be processed outside the listener's country under the laws and safeguards applicable to those providers.
